You can find new qualified tenants in Nov / Dec 2015!  

If you are purchasing investment properties and hanging on to them for a while, doing lease options etc... you can greatly improve your cashflow by doing an interest only loan on the property, you lower payments drast...

They opened and additional office in Nov. 17, and hired more staff.  

You found out that in Nov, yet appears to have asked for full months rent for Dec. as requested by Sec. 8 letter to tenant.

- @Kurt Traynor I will price hardwood floors for the rest of the house...I did a full remodel back in Nov - Dec of 2016 and replaced the kitchen, front hallway and dinning room w/hardwood.

It used to be a fresh platform and maybe many people still view it as an innovator in travel.

We just stayed at a house that I thought the matress was so comfortable, when I checked to see what make it was, it was a memory foam topper(sleep innovations, 2-3" topper, put that on my list for future purchases) Nice soft  sheets, soft blankets, nice pillows for all preferences and have at least 3 per person available.

I think the US Dollar and the US economy will continue to remain strong as we continue to innovate and remain verh competative with the US infrastructure.
