thats why many trade up their jets.. this is not like some of the production building I have seen in other markets that have razor thin margins.. 

She then told me about an off market 14 unit multi family, which I bought and it was like adding jet fuel to my real estate investing career. 

Take the biggest loans possible on them and just keep doing that until you have a jet.

Building a new fighter jet is an example as an appropriate cost plus because if you asked the contractor for a fixed price the contractor would have to price very conservatively due to all the potential unknowns.  

I think it's because property/homeowners seem to be cooling their jets about wanting to list and/or move in this crazy socio/economic environment we're dealing with.

They only go bad to the benefit of the customer, not the utility, because as they age the innards (nutating disc, jet, etc) turn slower so low water use doesn't get logged.

cash out refi in excess of basis was one of the big things that created the last Bust O in 08. no one had skin in the game.. the cash out was suppose to go to reserves  well in many instances it went to Hawaii or the carib or into the driveway in the way of a new jet ski or RV..

If you've got jetting pressure on both sides, the problem is in the fixture and it's usually just smarter to replace it.

I wouldn't pay for boat docks or jet skis unless I already had a house to put them in.
