I don't go with cheapo insurance.. especially in the mid west or areas prone to weather HAIL WIND etc.. trying to collect on those policies is not worth the 100 or 200 a year you save..

Taxs need to be fully understood and soil conditions. and make sure you have great wind insurance as wind and hail damage is real there.
