Whole house is grimy and filthy, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, fridge etc. 

Although it was his to begin with so I don't understand that.The home is is great shape besides the roof, the slight leak in the A/C, indoor paint, and the kitchen laminate  floors bubbling up due to a fridge leaking but nothing serious. 

If the fridge is full of moldy food to the point where you can smell it in the hallway I'm not sure that fridge can be salvaged and may just be junk at this point.

Assigned parking spot, 1 storage unit on same floor (Only unit that has this) washer/dryer, Fridge and pool facing....

Most travelers don't want to see pictures of the host's family on the wall when they travel or see "last week's" leftovers in the fridge. 

Had a huge desk with a desk top which was nice for working, a full kitchen, fridge, etc.

They dropped a non-working fridge in March and had it swapped out the same day for a working one with zero hassle on my part.
