They can rent the property they purchase to you (or anyone).The property must be held for investment purposes for at least 24 months immediately following the exchange.

We do attempt to notify the owner before we make the decision and give them the opportunity to give input but keeping the property and tenant safe, and following the Tenant Landlord Laws are more important than getting permission. 

I don't really follow him, so I'm not sure how many have been called since or if he would actually state if he had.

The money will follow that.

I'm not sure if the program is still going on, but has definitely revitalized a lot of the area when it was once destined to follow the way of other older cities that are aging out of existence both in terms of people and property.

I would caution you with searching for lenders as those that don't follow a draw process or will lend on anything may not actually be a lender and trying to scam you.

Yes we use AI for just that: follow up re-engagement and appointment setting.

And again, you'll get advice from posters that could not care less whether you follow it to the "T".
