Possible expansion into either Branson, MO, Broken Bow, OK, or Blue Ridge, GA.

As mentioned by @Ronald Starusnak buckling is something more often caused by the inability for the floor to move - either not putting in expansion joints (so typing multiple rooms together) or being too close to walls.

Some neighborhoods that had reasonable price points a year or two ago no longer pencil out as profitable investment areas anymore.The only major growth and development taking place around Schaenfield Place (beyond the levels of growth we’re seeing elsewhere in San Antonio) is the expansion of Hwy 1604.  

In fact, it seems to be accelerating.For comparison, the Dallas Regional Chamber in July was tracking 109 "substantial prospects" for relocation/expansion, 24 of which were corporate headquarters, according to the Dallas Business Journal.https://www.bizjournals.com/au...

This is my 3rd property so I am excited to continue expansion.

This is a quickly expanding area as it sits right outside the downtown and could handle the expansion. 

The things to look for are: * Population growth* Job growth* Incomes* Modern/diverse economies* Capital investment and business expansion * Low property taxes* Favorable landlord/tenant regulations

The church we attend created an LLC for building expansion that we invested in. 

I will follow wherever that property is purchased and be the boots on the ground for a couple of years with my primary focus being value-add and expansion of the portfolio.While I'm still actively connecting with those in the Colorado market, I would love to expand my group out to those in Arkansas.
