Several of the contractors offer helical piers but don’t seem to think they’d be a more cost effective option - we can directly ask about this again.  

You are going to need to see their tax returns to see if they are telling the truth.And what is the interest rate that they are offering you?

I’d recommend starting by researching markets that align with your strategy, especially areas that offer good cash flow.

Track everything, including conversations with sellers and buyers, in your CRM and on Excel.
