I know they recently took a big hit from the NAR for buyers agents too. 

Some months I’ve unfortunately had to pay like $150 out of pocket but I’m Planning on holding long term wise and the let the rental bare fruit later in my life because I’m only 22 and just wanted a base hit or a rental in a great neighborhood.

Loan to value ratio: The higher the loan to value ratio (LTV) is, pricing takes a hit.

And here in PA, the new buying/renting season starts the first day the temp hits 60 degrees, sometime in FEB or MAR. 

One of the board members was there and is looking to retire, We hit it off and he opened up his 30+ property portfolio to me to choose from.
