Has anyone try  to dispute a Late payment charge on your Credit score?

i see two options here 1) you can go back to dad and break it down as hey i cant close on the house until it's vacant and see if he can help in getting them out, 2) offer some moving expense if the lot is really that desirable to you I know not what you want to hear as the investor but it has worked on numerous occasions, 3) you will have to take it to the courts as final resolution so the sheriff can remove them.

Needless to say there are now some disputes because they were too eager to what the gurus teach and got themselves into trouble.

Never really thought about AI as a threat to jobs, but I don't dispute there are jobs that being eliminated because of it. 

I assumed I needed them to be licensed for my protection (for disputes I can go through the state), but is that the only reason to hire licensed guys?

How do you handle disputes over common area use, stealing food from each other, taking out trash, someone that monopolizes the space, etc.?

NJ is tenant leaning when it comes to disputes.

A 6 month spat of domestic dispute charges 15 years ago, not that big an issue.
