I'm a bit disappointed that I haven't received my first angry caller yet, closest thing is a lady who left a message telling me "if you had done your homework you would know there is litigation on this property right now".

Thanks for your response, Yes we were disappointed in finding our 1st offer was not accepted even though it was well above ask and had No inspection.

I buy rentals in Westland and Livonia  (michigan/wayne country) and the MLS has dried up. there is pretty much a bidding war for anything under 90k. it's crazy out there. i thought i'd pick up at least 2-3 houses to add to my rental portfolio during the cold months, but that cold spell has not deterred people from buying. very disappointing.

Just spent over an hour at the bank and they are not able to setup a simple checking account for my new 401k trust to roll funds into. Frustrating waste of time and don't want to go through that again.

We're disappointed, but I think it's for the best overall as we're currently a bit limited to provide for his needs, especially when it comes to exercise.I'll take your comments into consideration should we go with another foster, though.

The most disappointing part about this is I have no idea what went wrong here it was a good deal. it was a all cash deal we are getting the top rent for the area, its just strange and I don't understand it but it is what it is.
