I was thinking about creating a website, but wanted to check to see if anyone had any other ways that work or if you have used a web site.

An MFR almost always requires that you hire someone to handle the management - few investors have the time to devote to that much landlord nonsense.

If you decide to be hands on, how much time do you want to devote to real estate investing?

Whether you build a site yourself or get one from us, an online web presence is becoming more and more of a necessity.

It would be a way for BP members to stay on BP and create amazing connections instead of moving over to that other "unhappiest place on the web" FB, where they do have private groups.

Hi J - just finished Brandon Turner's "The Book on Rental Property Investing" in audio book form and he uses a web link with all the figures (https://www.biggerpockets.com/rentalbookfigures).

This business is real now it’s called Kim’s place in OKC her web page sucks but every one in the agency knows the location.
