I have a son who is a dentist in Minden Nv, lives in Carson city, frankly I am considering a project in Queens NY, with a rehabber, with 10 years experience buying from court auctions, he can do 3 projects per year, and my son said (I live in CA) "why go all the way to NY, we could do a project right here near me" (Him), just to give you an idea of what we are trying to "match" in NY, he buys for about $350,000, rehabs for 100,000, sells for $600,000 in 4 months.
