What malicious damage could they do to the building and other tenants?

For the purpose of this exercise, I would like to start by separating syndications into two categories: (1) smaller capital raises that will only attract the friends and family sized checks because they require too much brain damage for those with the larger check writing capabilities;  and (2) syndications with capital raises large enough to fit within the investment parameters of true private equity/family office check writing capabilities. 

She is really hard on the house, but we have always been able to help her figure out a way to pay for what she damages. 

HE HAS CAUSED PROFESSIONAL AND FINANCIAL DAMAGE TO ME!!

Hi @Joseph Shuster, hope you didn't sustain any damages from the recent flooding in Tennessee.

Was previous water damage (looked ugly).Tenant was adamant.Gave tenant number to mold inspector.

We have a small rental property that had a tub drain leak causing extensive damage to the floor/subfloor.

Generally places with high cash flow on paper are cheap homes in not so great areas where you have higher turnover, damages and real cash flow is lower.
