I think it would be better just to stay on good terms and let him know you will contact him when you are ready to sell.

Then go to the different sites that come up and find where it says contact and then send them a message asking them to add you to their buyers list. 

Contact the HOA yourself.

My recommendation would be to get approved as a Landlord, contact the director's office and request that an inspection be completed before a tenant is selected (sometimes they will do this as long as you select a tenant within 14 days - which you want anyways), and have an online application and screening resource in place.  

Later she was unable to refinance, and the ex-husband kept making payments for her so the property wouldn't go into foreclosure.I would highly suggest to your friend to contact Noel Cookman DURING the mediation process, not after.

I have luckily not had to contact them often but when I have, they have been incredibly helpful (every now and again I get someone that doesn't know what they are doing but no more so than any other call center I call).
