Personally, I don't think qualifications entitle anyone to more money -- in theory, you're all working together because you have a complimentary set of skills -- if you bring skills as an agent to the table, I assume they bring some unique skills as well.

I go back through my old trading files of books and literature from other traders and found an E-Book of rich dad poor dad.

She sees me reading a ton of stuff on my phone (as i am a huge reader now) and what I was reading was/ were e-books. 

I'm also a recent member and I've found that the ebooks are a great resource (along with the podcasts you mentioned).

A complimentary is a better partner to work with.
