Hey remember the days when all around the Clinic WAS a REAL war zone, now you cant find any bad props and good luck finding a good deal .

House is in a beautifully gated community in walking distance to the local methadone clinic.   

The general location is good but access, speed of traffic, and site work make it problematic without a dental office, veterinary clinic or similar specific user.

I have good credit (780), but I have a mountain of school loans ($160k which I paid down from close to $190k two years ago) and need another way then just grinding 60-70 hours/wk at two hospitals/clinics.

I am opening a HealthSource Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic as a non-doctor owner.  

What about a veterinarian  clinic??

This is not coming from a judgmental place, but instead from a place of clinical experience.

When I drove the neighborhood and realized it was across the street from a methadone clinic with dope zombies wondering all over the place, the low asking price and lasting for several days before going pending suddenly made sense.

We haven't fought about money since.Well, that's not true - we did fight about my wife going to the dentist a few months before I started working in our school's dental clinic and could have seen her for free.

While it doesn't have industry, it has the best Hospital in America (Cleveland Clinic), a new Amazon Center is being built there, an up and coming food and beer scene (two of the top 50 breweries in the world are in CLE), and loads of other scenes (art, music, etc) that gives the sense that Cleveland is doing what Pittsburgh did and is making a come back.
