Has anyone recently signed up for the Clever Investor Fast Track System and had success or failure?

Pots, pans, linens and then must have brought in a container worth of furniture. 

I wanted to see if anyone has thoughts and/or experiences with Clever Investor mentoring programs versus Rich Dad Mentoring program.  

If you are talking for yourself or a flip try Fabuwood Linen Shaker Style cabinets.  

Since I charge clients separately for the cleaning, there is no cost difference to me to rent it for 3 nights v 6 or 7 nights, other than having to wash the linens and provide a fresh set of toiletries twice in the week as v. once.

Seen anything clever or just keep it simple?  

Do you need linen service, cable, and wifi?

There are many "lenders" out there that have no clue as to the liability they take on in attempting to circumvent customary and prudent lending practices, perhaps thinking they are clever operators. 

I was walking past their 5/Q project and thought how they reconfigured things was a clever use of space as I remember what was on that lot before.

Is there any clever idea to not be the owner in this situation?
