I am with Baird & Warner, but I have heard that Classic Realty charges a fee but the commission is 100% to the Real Estate Agent.

I know a few people in that area with empty barns that store boats, motorcycles, classic cars, etc for $600 and up per item for an entire season.

Styles change but if you keep it classic and the colors look good together it can still work.  

He targeted a ton of different businesses, dog groomers, classic car showroom, warehouse, thrift store etc.My opinion is I wouldn't tailor the space to a particular type of business.
