The bigger cabins are much rougher as groups - sports teams, schools, church groups, multi-family groups, etc. - tend to damage things.

I and my husband bought our first rental property few months ago in church hill Richmond area.

I own a small painting business in addition to being on staff at a church part time leading worship.

Additionally, this property was 0.3 miles away from my local church, priced right, in a decent working-class location, and relatively well-maintained.

It takes 7 contacts to make it happen. bandit signs only if legal in your area, church groups of older folks.

(imho)...Once you have enough rentals paying for your basic necessities, your subsequent purchases can then help pay for some "fun" things you've always wanted in life...vacations, a nice watch, your dream car, extra donations to your church/charity, pay off mortgages (if you choose), or maybe you just continue to re-invest. 

I rented to three different individuals that was connected to my church or a church connection.
