Long Term Rental Investment in Richmond, VA

Hello all!

I am looking to invest in long term rental properties with a partner (longtime friend) in the Richmond, Virginia area. I'm interested in connecting with others investors similar interests, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, or anyone that can assist in guiding us in the right direction. Thanks in advance!
