Hello all!
I am looking to invest in long term rental properties with a partner (longtime friend) in the Richmond, Virginia area. I'm interested in connecting with others investors similar interests, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, or anyone that can assist in guiding us in the right direction. Thanks in advance!
I and my husband bought our first rental property few months ago in church hill Richmond area. This is an old neighborhood and recently lot of development and construction going on. We will be renting it out then move to another investment property. We are too new in REI and happy to connect with you. Hey Tim, I'm also in the construction industry and looking to get into REI. Still haven't pulled the trigger, haven't found anything that would positive cash flow, especially in Richmond, but would be interested in what you find out. I think that Richmond is one of the areas in Virginia that will never go away (state capital and proximity to DC). Seems like a great place to invest. I've also looked at Lynchburg, which does have a lot of positive cash flow houses, but Liberty University seems to be the only major player there.
Curious what you've been learning about Richmond. Best of luck!
