I have used Champions School of Real Estate for my courses and they gave us an exam prep book for National and State but it's not as detailed as I think it should be to help me pass.What did you use to prepare for the exam?

Recently purchased my 8th property.Details:3 bed 1 bath 900 sq ft. in lawrence township and schools, just outside of 465.

It's also overbuilt in Lawrence, KS (Kansas University) which is just down the way from our KC office.
