This concept aims at addressing the challenges of what to do with defunct suburban malls and maybe even empty big-box retail store spaces that are in desirable and affordable neighborhoods.

The more you say, the more they can challenge you if it comes to that. 

However, I cannot find any court cases where this is currently being challenged.

Have any of you faced challenges with getting your properties valued correctly for rent under the Section 8 program?

Don't discount that.Real estate remains a valuable investment despite current challenges due to its tangible nature, long-term appreciation, and potential for consistent rental income.

I think this will be much more of a challenge than you think.
