MF can only be sold to an investor and it’s based off its performance.

Just keep an eye on how both markets are performing, and maybe start small, like taking out $50k, so you can test the waters without over-leveraging.

Instead of this, I find it more helpful to look at percentile performance across the market for a specific asset type, and also to check comps.
