Hi,Has anyone done any Ringless Voicemail campaigns to contacts?

Hello I am trying to do my first every door direct mail campaign.

I have my first major postcard campaign going out next week to market for motivated sellers and this week I'm closing on my first flip property.

You'll get a much better ROI out of your mail campaigns by offering your services as a realtor if the seller doesn't want to sell at a discount. 

@Paul Wakim I agree that LinkedIn is probably not the best place to place ads because the CPL (cost per lead) is typically $9 for a very well-targeted campaign, whereas Facebook can be pennies on the dollar. 

You can work with a list broker to get suggestions on targets for your campaign. 

I'll put you on the MLS auto campaign, that is the most work i'll do.2.

I will start a campaign, put a small/normal budget on it, and give it a week before I touch it again.
