My suggestion and that is all it is is to stick with company for awhile get use to the job get some experience under your belt.

After getting one deal under my belt I may then venture off the beaten path. 

I don't think that you use an LLC unless you are building a business to attract investors and that is a more complicated structure with more costs involved and I think you only do that when you have a lot of success under your belt and know how to deploy hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions of dollars with outside investors' money.

So let’s say I switch jobs in 2022, and we have at least 5 deals under our belt, from rentals to flips or anything else, and we’re in the process of obtaining another loan for another deal in 2022.
