The lake in Lake Havasu City is beautiful when it is clean, and the city is working on that (darn houseboats dumping in the lake), but be prepared for a funky fishy smell when you drive into town on a hot day. 

It is a very beautiful area.

We also strive to bill monthly as work is performed, rather than waiting until a tax return is 100% complete - especially for those that go out on extension - and again I receive (almost ;)) no pushback on that.

Furthermore, Greenville's natural beauty, including its proximity to the Blue Ridge Mountains and outdoor recreational opportunities, adds to its appeal, attracting outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers.

I did see quite a few gas stations with bars and what not.I have no doubt there are beautiful, wealthy, safe parts of the city, but I found them few and far between on my trip

It has  a beautiful view and couple blocks from boat house. 

It's beautiful country out there.

Hmm....I'm thinking about that...because I have a family member who have a rental in the Fort Lauderdale area with a beautiful oceanfront in a flood zone area and her place is in high demand.

I mainly concentrate in the Dallas Texas area.I found a beautiful property with a lot of potential in a well-kept and beautiful street.
