Maybe you missed the post earlier today,, the tenant put a nail in the wall,, and broke a tile in the bathtub surround.. nail was pounded right thru the wall... so owner has to fix the ceramic tile now in the bathroom.. just saying stuff happensI'd to the install yourself.

I even give my tenants a list of what's needed to be done, trash out, oven cleaned, bath tub and toilets cleaned, light bulbs working.
