Editing to add we are a little more worried than usual (we would probably just run fans and a humidifier and clean up ourselves) but our forced hot air system comes from this basement and we have a newborn baby so really don’t want to be having mold coming through our air vents! 

I joined about 3-4 years ago but took a small hiatus to get married, buy my own home, and have a baby. 

In that time I got married, purchased my own home in NJ, and had a baby so learning about real estate took a back seat. 

I want to live life and enjoy he time with my babies now, and as they grow.

As someone wobbling before their 1st investing baby steps this question isn't a top priority, but following 'begin with the end in mind' (and because I like to follow odd tangents)...Everyone has their personal plan, a unique goal.

I just had a baby a few months ago.

I have also kept a giveaway bin in the laundry room where I have been collecting clothes, toys, etc & will make regular trips to the goodwill. 

I don't make a ton of money, between my spouse and I we make ~90k per year and we have our first baby on the way.

I was so grossed out I wanted to burn my clothes when I left.  

Especially the baby boomers who are finally retiring.
