No need for anyone to ever know.Statistically you will never need or use it and in the very rare circumstance the need should arise you will be more concerned about covering your butt than pulling the trigger anyway.

Stay out of bonds in a rising rate environment, but get chunks out of mutual funds/equities for sure.I'd convert to a Roth or withdraw more during lower income years if I could.

Hi Everyone, I have a California specific question.My wife and I rent a guest house and the landlord just came to our door and asked us to sign an addendum to the lease releasing him from any liability that would arise if we were to be bitten by one of their dogs.

Even with a manager things may arise that cause you stress and take your money.Unless lower class investing is your main focus and you have the capital and comfort level in this arena I would not do this deal.

However the room transitions is where the old hardwood floor has some issues of a rise or fall (haven't taken a measurement of the exact rise or fall yet, guessing < 1/4" generally).
