I'm afraid of heights - even flunked Pike's Peak :oops: Aside of needing to go to the loo, what if I want a drink refill?

We used this to market night club events and drink specials.

I wouldn't go to biker bars to enjoy a "quiet" drink either.

I'd do it for a year, make $14.6 million, pay the taxes, buy a house in Vegas and one in Miami Beach and drink mojitos all day.Is it possible?

So, after drinking up as much of the bird doggin' wholesaling lingo I could, I decided to use my lunch today to go out and do some REI therapy, AKA: find absent owners or do some bird doggin'.After about 15 minutes, I found a decent house that I thought might fit an investor's eye.

Okay so I move a new tenant into a unit.They call the next day and say the tubs are not draining well.We go and inspect and the tubs are slow draining.We put drain-o and others down the line and it does nothing.Then we call our plumber and he snakes the line.The problem is someone put in a T line from the 2 tubs instead of a Y line so the line is clear from tub to tub but the snake cannot turn a corner to go further into the pipe.So the plumber suggest we use CLOBBER from a specialty store which is straight concentrated sulfuric acid.This does not clear the line.Plumber comes out and then installs a Y line fixing the T-line.Puts a camera down the line from the kitchen which is downstairs and the bath plumbing is in the ceiling.He sees a drink cap and what looks like a bottle but can't tell.We are thinking from a roof put on years ago a roofer dropped a drink down the plumbing vent and it is stuck.So the plumber opens up the wall above the kitchen sink and VOILA the problem is found!

But I walked in with the thought that I would pull something useful from this and I was going to drink all of the free coffee they had to offer.Please keep in mind that at that time I had already lost my job and was about the lose everything else.

The event is also far more than an opportunity to listen to some speaker; it is the opportunity to shake hands, share a drink, spend time with, and do business with these speakers and your peers.Certainly some people will have difficulty making it due to scheduling issues.
