In 2015, with SW Airlines flying practically everywhere/anytime at a reasonable price, please tell me that nobody actually buys houses without doing a walk through....DL

I had the experience of screening two co-signers for two different tenants (one was the step-father of the tenant, the other was the tenants brother).Good thing I did this; despite the fact that the brother was an airline pilot (making big bucks), both co-signers had lousier credit that the applicants.So offering to be a co-signer is no guarantee this is a blessing for the landlord.Gail

I have first hand knowledge on the other guy.. from 3 sources.. one was a lady who was behind me at a Alaska airline lounge and when you sign in your name pops up.. she says are you the Jay Hinrichs that is a frequent poster.. so instead of spending a quite hour before my flight she went into detail about the 200k she lost with this guy.. 

Tourism from the UK and Ireland is not yet so developed as Egypt is just a little too far for the budget airlines to be interested in the market, meaning that it is relatively expensive to fly to Egypt from there, although there are an increasing number of charter flights to the Red Sea Resorts.
