Bought an Etchell for $ 500 and donated it to a non-profit, that teaches teenagers how to sail. 

At the age of 18 (2005), after working hard during my mid-teenage years and saving well, I bought my first property in cash.  

I knew there would be teenage boys forgetting to take off their motorcycle boots sometimes, and rather than stress over it, I planned for it.

My teenage son likes to do it, I make sure the contractors give him something to do, so he can learn.
