It seems to me that the Nigerian prince email scams are trending over to hard money now.   

Prince George's and Anne Arundel Counties, adjacent to Howard County, appear to have more opportunities in the ARV price ranges that are easy to move.

Trying to project forward, I think that it may effect clients looking for housing over $1.5 million, but at the end of the day, if you are purchasing a property at that prince range and above, generally, if you want something you want something, damn the price.

Flipping a house is the same as what you are doing now, there are just more moving parts.We have flipped 7 houses in Montgomery County, and work here and in Prince George's.
