To this point I have been using trans union’s smartmove software to do credit, background, and eviction checks on my tenants.

The MHC space is much more difficult for value-add then say for apartments where you have greater density and economies of scale.Hope this helps.

If you don’t mind a little more advice…when I’m running projections like this, I like to use the worst case scenario and if the numbers don’t work out in that scenario, I usually pass on the deal.

I read "guarantees" - for me that is the biggest scam ever and right then and there either hang up the phone or delete and block the email. anytime anyone guarantees anything run and run fast.
