As far as timing if you can do it now then great since I assume this is the slow season in NE, but if it really is that big of a delay then don't worry about it so you have time to really plan and make sure you knock it out quick.

I reside in NE Ohio and I’ve been a listener and follower of Bigger Pockets for quite a while, but just now created an account on the website. 

I am seeing the size of the projects has changed to three story Condos on Nebraska Ave. and 30 story Towers from downtown running on the Bayshore.

Where have people had success selling land? What platforms/social media's have people used in the past??? Any and all feedback would be appreciated! 

I now have to give this tenant a 30 day notice of non-renewal.The unfortunate part is this tenant had to move out all their belongings by January 31st in Nebraska, which if you didn't know we get lots of snow at this time.

In looking at some of the properties I've found in Nebraska (primarily multi-family) - it looks to be the opposite: property prices are relatively lower than CO (although there are some flips that seem to have big gains in the last 2 years), and cash flow is higher per unit.
