Need one on here to solve the mystery. but I still doubt others on here will believe them. :)  again, I hope I am wrong as I could use $50 G's to invest.

ERGO most turn key companies don't fool with them any more and why ANY PM would fool with them is a mystery to me.Its just the bottom rung of the tenant pool.. they are unstable ,, one flat tire from not paying rent.you cannot screen them like you would a normal higher end rental other wise you would have NO tenants at all.. 

This is our first time buying so everything is still a bit shrouded in mystery for me.  

Also, it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the mystery and difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.

Now, in addition to the mystery smells his friend is smelling he wants to get an air quality test.

Often times they can give you some insight on what's going on such as they're negotiating with another party or to the least clear up the mystery that the bank is responding at all. 

And that you're paying a mystery person money and being scammed?  

Keep a journal of the phenomena as soon as they happen3/ Use the recorder from your smartphoneYou could use it to record the mystery voice.

The easiest way to find out is to mystery shop other properties in the area. 

A mystery person hired two separate entities to clean up each property, and both "businesses" have done a terrible job that is still not even close to complete.
