Hey Breland,I have realized that sometimes it just isn't worth it to re-tenant a house and try to bump rent when investing in syndications like alts or DSTs, or even gas and mineral rights, can far outperform the property with zero active management required.It sounds like they will get a tax exemption on a gain up to $500,000 since I'm assuming they're married.

I look at direct mail marketing and other paid forms of marketing like I look at the Gold rush's of the 1800's   who made the money ... it was not the miner's it was the suppliers of the goods...
