I had thoughts about getting jobs but had no luck in landing in one that matches with my criteria, which I think is a good thing in terms of my RE journey. 

That journal entry also debits a special Asset account “Due from PM” that decreases that asset and inscreases when PM direct deposits and the transaction matches as deposit on “Due from PM”. 

It's all a balancing act of course, but it all comes down to finding the right market that matches your goals and working with the right team.

BRRRR doesn't match with VA and 203k as they are owner-occupied loans as others have said.

Tell them because the check is old and the amounts don’t match you’d like to return that check to them when you receive a new check for the correct amount. 

There you will be matched with 3-5 lenders in your area.

so the way you do it is : buy/rehab primary-->rent it out -->collect lease -->HELOC it---->apply primary with showing the lease so DTI reduced-->continue or sell after 2 years , you can mix/match between the two, basically for every primary, your job is to make sure you have Dscr>1.0 and keep moving.
