It is all about loyalty and a mutually FINANCIALLY rewarding experience.  

When I asked why, his response was (basically) that because he was doing so much work for me, I should be paying him extra for his loyalty. 

My best friend is my insurance agent, so I have a little loyalty and didn't really look around.

We've had several agents now that have brought us more than one buyer, and this was facilitated by our meeting at the closing, where my wife (my agent) spent a bunch of time building a relationship.Ultimately, whenever these agents get a new client, they call us first to see what inventory we have because they want to work with us again...For those who look at this as a business, remember that a successful business is built around customer loyalty (repeat customers and customer referrals)...if you're not attending your buyer closings, you're missing a great opportunity to build a long-term relationship with your customers (both buyers and their agents)...

You didn't really think that I was going to post the address of a potential grand slam deal on a public forum full of investors who owe me nothing and have no loyalty to me, did you?

SW lost my loyalty last week.

I feel loyalty to them because without them I wouldn't have the knowledge that I do.

That way you are showing loyalty to that agent that is a member of your team.

That doesn't mean take a loss or bad return but trust and loyalty is a two way street.
