China is most expensive (price to average income) and Hong Kong (price per sqfeet)  place to buy on Earth.USA is the opposite.

- (in other words), how does an investor buyer of real estate, weather in Alaska or Hong Kong participate regularly in live auctions with boots on ground in another state, to have cashiers check ready each time, without getting on a plane?
