Well, last night during dinner I officially got "served" foreclosure papers.

You must also buy in the area that you serve ie teachers can only buy within the school district they teach inYou must live in the property for 3 years.

A political "elite" living well, serving the Political leaders who live lavish, while the majority live as surfs, with no ability to elevate there life other than serving the political elite, by joining the oppressors to oppress others. 

And I still sell real estate and focus on serving my clients just like you do. 

I do have an empty lot next to my current SFH , doing nothing (but costing me money to mow :)) my thought was to build a detached guest cottage to serve as an overflow for guests or it could also serve as a seasonal / monthly rental.
