My first question for you would be what your experience is?

I have some experience here, and my answer will be it depends. 

Besides immediate friends and family who know me, how do I market or introduce myself as a new agent with no experience.  

As far as the noise goes, I can tell you from experience that being an entrepreneur in any form can be a very lonely place.

Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences?

It means that in my 15+ years of experience as an insurance agent this is the correct way to do it. 

Now, I focus on design and amenities that directly enhance their experience:•Practical Bathrooms: I added a combo washer/dryer to one of my bathrooms because guests coming back from outdoor adventures often need to wash their gear right away.
