You have a personal issue- car engine blows up, so you tell your tenant that they need to pay double the rent for one month so that you can get your car fixed?

I think there is a weird balance here, among professionals, where people may not want to bad mouth fellow professionals, particularly from the same areas, which can create a skewed picture. 

However, if you have a more extensive portfolio or plan to become larger in the next year or two, I would look for a double-entry system that allows bank reconciliations.

Just want to double check I'm not going to run into any issues.

This new area is basically double the housing cost then the first, but I think finding the team to manage will be much easier.

Liked the location and was curious why the property had no interior pictures.
