My construction projects aren't changing much now for delivery in 2021...

Once the hoarders slowdown or stop the purchases, the shelves will start to fill again.Yesterday at the Walmart near my office, I asked the store Manager how often are they getting deliveries, he said daily, they usually sell out between 10-11am.Granted I live in a more civilized neighborhood where the hoarding isn't as insane as it is in Los Angeles where my parents live.Take action quickly while the demand is there

It's as if the governor just announced that food from groceries, restaurants, and delivery services is now free for the next five months. 

Just need to fill the short term gap until they can fulfill the delivery of the original.

And hand delivery it to building office and fill out paper work for permit and ask to see a plans examiner .

we can give charity and get cash flow.But we are delusional if we thing someone will pay latter or be able to afford it the following month.I hear Amazon, pharmacies, delivery services are all hiring. 

Amazon delivery, truck drivers, Uber Drivers, Certified Nurse Assistants, School Teachers, City Workers.It looks like the government is cutting checks to our tenants.

Meal delivery and cooks at restaurants are doing ok, wait staff not so much.
