The seller will remember you also if anything goes bad with whoever buys it from you. 

I haven't seen prices drop too dramatically but I have seen homes in my buy box sitting on the market longer and some lowering prices.

Hey Kenneth - I've never used Zenbusiness but I do in North Dakota we go directly to the state website and open up a "Foreign LLC" whenever we're buying and doing business in other states with properties.
