Our government has laws restricting lenders from closing loans that are small loan and high cost so many will not touch these even if investor.

This is what government should do.

This was due to desirability, affordability, limited supply due to geography and laws protecting open space coupled with very high demand due to net in-migration of high-earners/wealthy people, and perhaps most importantly a diverse job market in recession-proof sectors like education, government, defense, healthcare, etc. not just tech, energy or manufacturing that can be boom/bust. 

Borrowing from yourself is definitely cheaper than giving 15% to the government.

Us, as well as our clients ALL much prefer the security of receiving government guaranteed rent every month rather than unanswered phone calls from cash tenants who are refusing to pay for one reason or another.

The government grossly overstimulated the economy, increased the money supply by 40%, and caused record inflation (in housing, food, energy, everything).

The Government actually LOVES INFLATION.

Conventional and government loans will have to close in the borrowers name for majority of lenders.

I didn't predict the latest **** coin or invent some crazy business; I just house hacked a few properties and increased my income slightly by leaving the military for a better paying government job.

I didn't implement it because I didn't feel comfortable setting up an official government-looking website and letterhead, tell them you will send them money to pay their taxes, then tell them that you can't.
