Even Bank of America is slow.

Some people have a 514 FICO simply because they made the mistake of getting sick or injured in America and didn't budget for the medical bill payments - I don't feel that this should shut the door to homeownership to them.Angel Oak's stuff gets a lot of attention, but very very few people actually meet their criteria.

Risk is not something that you are worried about, but you were 13 years old when the biggest crash in a century hit America.

If you need a place to stay try the extended stay america depending on what part of CA you are in it may even be a little cheaper than renting.
