Again, MANY states are non judicial and don't have any docket entries and even in those states that do, you are saying some "bot" you create is going to log on to a secure site and somehow locate a case number, and some how download the docket entries?

For me it very convenient to just log in to the owner portal and have the ability review cashflow/p&l statements, download expense reports for each property, pull lease agreements, make owner contributions for repairs if necessary, etc. so when I am dealing with my banker in getting a new loan for a property, I can provide him the financial info on my rental portfolio quickly.

If I have their SSN and other info I just log into my account and key in their data.
