Sounds like a worthwhile experiment as it's always my preference to get quality over quantity bookings so long as the numbers can line up. 

buy now, in an over-heated and irrational market, betting on appreciation only, beholden to a higher-than-any-current-rent house payment and thinking that (any) home ownership - no matter the true cost - is better than renting and is the ultimate and worthwhile goal. 

It seems worthwhile, on the next one since the house I referred to at the beginning  fell through a few days ago.

Overall Denver is an awesome place to have property, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to locate worthwhile investments.

Hey @Eric Dowling,Thanks for your reply.As I have been looking in Los Angeles, I've really had to look at MFR to make it worthwhile, though I'm open to SFR in other markets if it makes sense.

Some probably are not worth the money, and others may be worthwhile but the student failed due to their own shortcomings.

The secret is out in our town and it's rare for anything that's worthwhile to make it all the way to the sale, and if it does, it'll get bid up high enough that there is very little meat on the bone, especially considering it has to be cash without a prior inspection.

Was reading through some of the posts on here about the benefits and all seem worthwhile. 

This is not an easy business, but it definitely is worth while!
