Kenneth LaVoie, I agree with Jon and Josh, except for one thing: you want to advertise where your customers are looking.I personally advertise only with a sign in the yard, and on postlets, which gets sent out to hotpads, etc, and I post the postlets ad on craigslist, which gets me most of my responses. so all of this is free.However, if your customer base doesn't have computers, and doesn't have web access, you are spinning your wheels.

This place is still, by far, the best Real estate place on the web and I'm sure it will only continue to improve.

I have found the traffic to be more like "tire kickers" and may not be as serious as those looking at the flips.

Keyless locks are both more secure and you never need to worry about losing a key with high traffic to a rental.
